Vasile is a mobile application that allows you to have voice conversations with an intelligent assistant (AI). It is operated by Arodex Consulting SRL.
By using the application, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Vasile does NOT provide medical, legal, or financial advice β it is an assistant for conversation and general information.
Vasile is a mobile application for Android phones that allows you to have voice conversations with a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence. The virtual assistant bears the same name β Vasile.
With Vasile you can discuss a wide range of topics (history, agriculture, household, life, general culture, etc.) and ask general questions.
Vasile is NOT a real person. Its responses are automatically generated by artificial intelligence systems (Google Gemini).
To use the Vasile application, you must be at least 18 years old. By installing and using the application, you declare that you meet this condition.
This requirement is imposed both by us and by the AI technology provider (Google), according to its terms of service.
To use Vasile, you do not need to create an account with email or password. The application automatically generates an anonymous identifier associated with your phone, on first opening.
Upon first installation, you receive a limited number of free minutes to try the application. The exact number is displayed in the application and may be modified in the future.
Free minutes are granted only once per device. Reinstalling the application or uninstall-reinstall does NOT give you new free minutes.
Because the account is anonymous and tied to the device:
After consuming the free minutes, you may purchase additional minute packages through Google Play Billing. Prices and available packages are displayed in the application and may be modified periodically.
All payments are processed by Google Play. We do NOT receive your payment data (card number, etc.).
Purchased minutes expire 30 days after the date of purchase.
If, before expiration, you purchase a new package, the 30-day period is refreshed for both the new package and the remaining unused minutes.
Expired minutes CANNOT be recovered and are NOT refunded.

According to Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), article 16 letter m), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium (such as Vasile conversation minutes), if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost upon performance beginning.
By accepting these Terms upon first opening the application, you expressly declare:
The provisions of section 6.4 apply to both the use of free trial minutes and to purchased minute packages. In both cases, by initiating a conversation with Vasile or by purchasing a package, you are deemed to have commenced contract performance and to have lost the right of withdrawal under Romanian law.

Vasile's responses are strictly informational and do NOT replace:

Do NOT make important decisions (medical, legal, financial, personal) based exclusively on Vasile's responses.
The Vasile application uses artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini), which is in continuous development. This means:

We reserve the right to suspend or close your access to Vasile, without refunding unused minutes, in case of:
In serious cases, we may close access immediately. In minor cases, we will notify you and give you the possibility to remedy the situation.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version is always available at this address. For significant changes, we will notify you in the application.
Continued use of the application after notification means acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may uninstall the application.
We reserve the right to permanently discontinue the Vasile service, with prior notice of at least 30 days. In this case, we will refund pro-rata the unused and unexpired minutes, based on requests received at office@arodex.ro.
The Vasile application, name, logo, design, and associated technology are the property of Arodex Consulting SRL or its partners (Google, for AI technology).
The content generated by Vasile (voice responses) is intended for your personal use. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
The way we collect and process your personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
For any dispute, we will first attempt amicable resolution by contact at office@arodex.ro.
If no understanding is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
For consumers in the EU, there is the possibility of alternative dispute resolution through the European Commission's online ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
